1. License of Entry (Revocable at Will)
This ticket represents a fully revocable license for the bearer ("Patron") to enter the designated Cine-Corp Ultraplex premises ("Premises") solely for the purpose of viewing the scheduled motion picture ("Event").
Revocation: Cine-Corp Ultraplex, its management, and agents (collectively, "Management") reserve the absolute, unconditional right to refuse entry or to eject any Patron at any time, for any reason or no reason, without cause and without refund. Behavior deemed disruptive, intoxicated, or non-compliant with these Terms shall be grounds for immediate ejection.
Waiver of Claim: Patron hereby waives any claim for damages, costs, or inconvenience arising from any such revocation of license or ejection.
2. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
The Patron acknowledges and agrees that attendance at the Premises and the Event carries inherent risks.
Physical Risk: The Patron voluntarily assumes all risks related to the Premises, including, but not limited to, slip-and-fall hazards, equipment failure, loud noise (which may exceed safe decibel limits), flashing lights, and the actions of other Patrons or third parties.
Waiver: The Patron, on behalf of themselves and any accompanying minors or dependants, hereby waives and releases Management from any and all liability for personal injury, death, property damage, loss, theft, or any other claim arising out of, or in any way related to, the Patron's attendance. This waiver is binding and perpetual.
3. Food, Beverage, and Contraband Policy
No Outside Food or Drink: The consumption of any food, beverage, or refreshment not purchased directly from Management on the Premises is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to conduct searches of bags, clothing, or persons for such prohibited items. Refusal to submit to a search is grounds for immediate, non-refundable ejection.
Contraband: The introduction of any illegal substances, weapons (concealed or otherwise), or any item deemed a safety hazard by Management is strictly prohibited and shall be reported to law enforcement.
4. Intellectual Property and Recording
Zero Tolerance for Recording: The Patron acknowledges that the motion picture presented is the exclusive, copyrighted intellectual property of third-party rights holders.
Prohibition: The Patron shall not record, transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting any portion of the Event, image, sound, or sequence by any means whatsoever.
Confiscation: Management reserves the right to confiscate any device suspected of violating this provision. Violation will result in immediate ejection and may subject the Patron to criminal and civil penalties, including statutory damages up to $250,000.
5. Media and Publicity Release
The Patron grants Management and its affiliates the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to use the Patron's image, likeness, voice, actions, and statements, in any medium (including but not limited to photography, video, and audio), for any purpose, without further compensation or consent.
6. Mandatory and Binding Arbitration
Waiver of Jury Trial: The Patron and Management agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or related to this ticket, the Event, or the Premises must be submitted to confidential, binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Location: Arbitration shall take place exclusively in the county where Management's corporate headquarters are located.
Class Action Waiver: The Patron agrees that all claims must be pursued on an individual basis only. The Patron expressly waives any right to serve as a representative, private attorney general, or in any other capacity in a class action or consolidated proceeding.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Management's corporate headquarters is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Ticket Price, Refund Policy, and Indemnification
No Refunds: ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. This ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Indemnification: The Patron agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Management against any loss, damage, liability, or expense (including attorney's fees) incurred by Management as a result of the Patron's breach of these Terms or the Patron's negligent or willful acts on the Premises.
By utilizing this ticket, the Patron confirms they have read, understood, and irrevocably consented to all Terms and Conditions herein.
